Finishing Body
The Mustang is very close to being ushered out of the body shop for mechanical fitting, mocking up the engine. Grinding and body work on the underside so that the welding all blends in and seam sealer as well.
The body lines are almost perfect
on the right side of the 'stang
The Left Side of the car needed
a whole lot of work to get the door
and quarter panel to line up
The hood is removed so that the
shock tower reinforcing kit can
be installed
The engine compartment and front
frame is all new metal. With the
shock tower kit, it should be
very strong!
The troublesome drivers door is
nearly fitting the way it should!
The trunk area rust has all been
patched and reprimed.
The quarter panel weld has been
ground and primered.
The passenger side weld has a little bit
of heat distortion that needs to be hammered
and dolleyed to finish up before a thin
bead of filler is applied
