| The overhead console was another very
rewarding custom installation, that went into the Shelby. The wood frame was
clad in black vinyl. After that two high power marine grade LED lights were
mounted with switches just below. Once that was done, I replicated a brushed
aluminum finish on some sheet aluminum, clear-coated it, and fastened it to
the back of the console frame. Heavy steel brackets were mounted to the roof
frame and the console in turn was mounted to that. Wiring was tested, and
now it's ready for the headliner to go in! |
