| I got the 17 x 9 inch FR500 wheels back from the
wheel shop where they took about 1.2" off of the backspace, and
mounted the 245/45/17 tires onto those. (Check the welding in the
4th picture) The rear tires are 315/35/17's and actually look like
they should fit with room to spare. Now I wonder if I could have
gone wider! Hmmm 335/35/17's that would look NASTY. Once I get the
car back from the body shop I will do a test fitting. The
245/45/17's could be possibly a tad big for the front. I hope not,
they should fit, but each car is a little different and I want this
Mustang to be L O W to the ground. |
